MV White Manta Info
Cabins

The MV White Manta sleeps 24 guests in 12 cabins: 8 x En-suite (double/ twin/ triple share) and 4 x Standard (twin share with wash basin, shared bathrooms). All en-suite cabins are on the main deck and upper deck they all have ample storage space for your luggage there is also a camera table. A roomy bathroom with hot water shower, Air conditioning with separate control, all the cabins have large window to allow the fresh sea air in.
There four en-suite king sized beds (cabins) C1 & C2 (two on the upper deck, two on the main deck (C3 /C4). Three en-suite twin bed on the main deck bed 2.00m x 1m. Two of these cabins have extra single bunk bed for family and friends. 1 x en-suite with a queen bed 1.50m x 2.00m and 1 single bunk bed 1.00m x 2.00m above main deck. 4x standard cabin with wash basin bed 1.00m x 2.00m below deck. There are in total five common toilet/shower rooms (2 on main deck, 2 below deck, 1 on upper deck)

White Manta carries 2x 450 litre L&W compressors; one is equipped with an air cooler and a Nitrox membrane system which is available for all divers with Nitrox certification we also conduct Nitrox courses on board.
She also carries 20 tonnes of fresh water and we have two fresh water makers also on-board
Also on board are two large dinghies, rest assured for your safety when diving in strong currents which are available should we need them for dropping scuba divers off or for picking divers up they can be sued for beach visits too.
Since the White Manta was launch in April 2011, she has continued to impress all of those that sail her both new and existing guests alike with her spaciousness and comfortable designs.
Facilities
The saloon is 500 sq feet with a large dining table and sofa set plus a 42 inch plasma TV with 500 movies in the library.
There is also a large outdoor dining area – 600 sq feet, with Table with power point and drawer for your log books.
White Mantas Sun deck is over 1000 sq. feet with comfy deckchairs and sun mattress for massage and relaxing.
Dive Deck / dive platform is 650 sq. feet with a large camera table and freshwater rinse tank.
Sample Itineraries
Departure Day
- Scheduled pick up (between 4-8pm) and transfer to ThapLamu pier and board the White Manta.
Warm Welcome and Dinner served. Sail overnight to Similan’s (sailing time between 4-5 hours)
Diving Day One – Four dives around Similan Islands & Koh Bon.
Diving Day Two – Four dives around Koh Bon & Koh Tachai.
Diving Day Three – Four dives at Surin Is. and Richelieu Rock.
Diving Day Four – Two dives Boonsung wreck or MV Sea Chart wreck and Premchai wreck. Return to Thap Lamu pier by 1.30pm. Transfer back to your hotel.
